SHIPPING POLICY

1. We will process your order in 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Your order will be dispatched by priority mail with a tracking number and a shipping notification will be sent to you with this information. Packages are sent through the Portuguese Post service and are distributed by each country’s Post service.

If you are in a hurry to receive our products and you are not sure about the timeline of shipping and delivery, please contact us at info@owlpaperlamps.com prior to placing your order, so as to see the best solution we can offer you.

2. The estimated shipping times according to the Portuguese Post are the following:

      • PORTUGAL: 2-3 business days
      • EUROPE: 4-9 business days
      • NORTH AMERICA: 7-12 business days
      • REST OF THE WORLD: 10-20 business days

3. OWL paperlamps is not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address. All addresses are directly copied and pasted, so it is very important to provide the correct address.

Eventually, if the item comes back to us, you must pay the shipping charges again in order to have the item shipped again. We strongly advise you to check your shipping information when processing your order. There is no refund for items not received due to incorrect address, neither are we obliged to refund the shipping fees because of incorrect address.

4. In case you are away upon a delivery attempt and do not pick up your package timely and according to the notice left by your country’s Post service, it will automatically be returned to sender after a period of time stipulated by the Post service.

If you still wish to receive the order, you must pay the shipping charges again. There is no refund for non reclaimed items, neither are we obliged to cover shipping fees for further delivery attempts. If for any reason you didn’t receive a delivery attempt notification from the Post service and you haven’t received your package within the estimated shipping time, please contact us.

Buyers are responsible for following their packages online using their tracking numbers to find out information about their packages.

5. OWL paperlamps cannot be held responsible if the package gets restrained in customs, causing delays or the payment of extra taxes.

6. OWL paperlamps shall not be responsible for occasional delays in situations like peak periods (Christmas) or unexpected events. If for any reason you didn’t receive your order in a 30 days period, please contact us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the client has received the merchandise.

2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will refund the sum paid, minus the shipping costs, to the card used for payment.

3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service to monitor your return since we cannot be held responsible if the package gets lost or isn’t delivered to us.

5. Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

6. Exchanges – We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@owlpaperlamps.com, indicating the product and the defects found. The responsibility of OWL Paperlamps will be strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product at no extra charge.
